He is survived by: his brother Billy Ray Phillips of San Angelo; his nieces and nephews, Shannon and Jayne; his daughter Diane; his son-in-law Carl Wright of Keene, Texas.; and his grandsons, Hunter Wright (Anna) of Canyon Lake, Travis Wright (CoCo) of Alvarado and Kenneth Ray Phillips (Heather) of Cary.
