He was predeceased by: his parents, L. D. Bond and Faye Maxwell Bond; and his brother-in-law Tommy Brooks. He is survived by: his sisters, Edith Brooks of Monahans, Nelda Bond of Burleson and Lynda Notgrass (Dennis) of Granbury; and his uncle Lee Maxwell of Eastland. He is also survived by 2 nieces and 4 nephews, several great-nieces and nephews and also great-great nieces and nephews.
