He is survived by: his wife Ruby Jo James Vance; his children, Joey Vance (Vickie), Paul Vance (Bert), Doug Vance (Leanne) and Theresa Budke (Jeff); and his sisters, Carol Chapman (Dan), Judy Filip (Rich) and Robin Kolmodin (Mark). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
