He is survived by: his wife Margie Throgmorton Bennett; his sons, Richard W. Bennett (Terri) of Abilene, Bruce M. Bennett of Fort Worth and Russell N. Bennett of Burleson; his grandchildren, Jennifer Tallant (Todd), Sarah Molina and John Bennett (Shawna); his great grandchildren, Peyton, Aidan, Carson, Dylan, Isabella, Ava, Shawn, Jentry and Shelby; and his brother Jim Bennett of Missouri. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Wiley Funeral Home & Cremation Services – Granbury (400 W US Hwy 377, Granbury, TX 76048). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Glenn Cemetery.
