He is survived by: his wife Louann Passamonte Hart; his children, Lori, Cindy, Jack, Glory Dee, Louisa, Donisa, Terisa, Rocky and Camille; and his grandchildren, Shannon, Alyisa, Daniel of Greg, DJ, Amanda, Abby, Katie, Christian, Josh, Samantha, Dustin, Emily, Caleb, Matthew, Olivia, Abigail, Isabel, Lucia and Hudson.
