He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Moore and Jayne Black Moore; his wife Leanna Moore; his sons, Owen Moore and Mason Moore; his brother Jay; his sister-in-law Brooke Moore; his parents-in-law, Harlan and Jan Hanson; his brother Quin; his sister-in-law Lindsey Hanson; and his nieces and nephews, Emma Moore, Luke Moore, Graham Moore, Piper Hanson and Sawyer Hanson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends as well as many beloved pets.
