He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Minor and Marie Minor; his brother Rick Minor; and his grandparents, Sam and Bessie Parsons.

He is survived by: his granddaughter Lauren; his wife Edith Daniel Minor; his children, Shawn Minor (Michelle) and Sheri Ray (Hank); his grandchildren, Layton Edward Minor, Daniel Keith Ray, Ashton James Minor and Maeci Marie Ray; his brother David Minor; and his siblings-in-law, Sylvia Wallace, Inez Kerby, Patricia McClendon and William Daniel (Linda).

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the building fund at First Baptist Burleson, 317 W. Ellison Burleson, TX 76028 or to a charity of your choice.
