He is survived by: his wife Melissa Pinkston Pultz; his sons, Logan and Zachary Pultz; his brother Jerry; his sister-in-law Amanda Pultz; his sister Tami Pultz Spraggins; his siblings-in-law, Scott Spraggins and Melinda (Rob Leahy); his nieces and nephews, Kelcie Pultz, Devin Spraggins, Halie Pultz, Dylan Spraggins, Destini Spraggins and Challie Sanker; his great-nephew Prince; and his great-niece Phoenyx.
