He was predeceased by: his parents, William Irby Westmoreland and Atrelle Ida Westmoreland. He is survived by: his wife Linda Westmoreland; his children, Bob Westmoreland (Teresa) and Penni Jones (Jerry); his grandchildren, Nicole Westmoreland Hammonds, Stefanie Luedtke (Michael), Morgan Wilhide (Logan) and Emily Jones; his great grandchildren, Amber Hammonds, Bubba Hammonds and Chandler Luedtke; and his sister Judy Daniels (Lee). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and then great-grandchildren.
