He was predeceased by: his father Richard E. Fiscus; and his siblings, Laura E. Hart and William M. Fiscus. He is survived by: his mother Rose Fiscus of Burleson; and his brothers, Richard M. Fiscus (Diane) of Fort Worth, Steven L. Fiscus (Melinda) of Rio Vista and Jerry K. Fiscus of Burleson.
