He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rush Raifsnider and Allie Mae Raifsnider (Pribble); his wife Donna Raifsnider; his children, Conni Tweedle (Kenneth), Carol Raifsnider, Steve Isley and Scott Raifsnider (Lisa); his grandchildren, Mary Cox, Devyn Sullivan, Lynn Guana, Angel Haynes, Courtney Mata, Kayla Browning, Tommy Haynes, Mathew Moxley, Roy Perkins, Ashley Raifsnider, Veronica Rodriguez, Paul Martinez and Vanessa Hinson; and his sisters, Dorothy Rogers, Lula Mae Pickrell and Virginia Brown. He was also cherished by 18 great-grandchildren, one great great-grandchild, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
