He was predeceased by: his former wife Lesa Franklin; and his parents, Sim Franklin and Dorothy Franklin. He is survived by: his wife Keri Franklin; his children, Michael Franklin (Dani), Corey Franklin (Dawn), Ashley Phillips (Jeffery) and Magan Franklin; his siblings, Kenneth Franklin (Diana) and Debra Franklin; and his brothers-in-law, Gary Harbin (Norma) and Troy Harbin (Kristy). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
