He is survived by: his children, Jerry Ingram, Terry Ingram and Donna (Joe Burk); and his grandchildren, Lisa Cook, Traci Anderson, April Rodriguez, Wade, Joshua and Aaron Burk. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and one very loved dog.
