He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Rube and Catherine Robinson; his siblings, Joe Armstrong, Paul Rube and Earline Sizemore; and his children, Joe Rube and Sue Thompson.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sisters, Mary Baker and Edie Grosz of Ohio; his grandchildren, Trevin Rube (Rachel), Lucas Thompson (Kristen), Jacob Thompson, Tyler Rube, Justin Collins (Paige), Taylor Moore, Tristan Collins, Bennett Collins, Aaron Curl, Noah and Katie Rosas; and also, Desiree Collins, Ben Collins (Lindsey) and Ken Collins (Jackie). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Hanner Funeral Service (103 W Main St, Atlanta, TX 75551). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
