He was predeceased by: his parents, George Campbell and Kae Estes Campbell (Vandiver); and his grandparents, Alfred, Lavica Estes, Alex and Mary Campbell.
He is survived by: his sister Debbie Bright; his wife Melissa; his son Ian Campbell (Samantha); his grandchildren, Alissa and Aron; his daughter Kristin McElvain (Ryan); his grandchildren, Grayson and Parker; his stepdaughter Chelsey Walters (Drew); his son Waylon; his stepson Justin Tolar (Ande); and his daughter Lily. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and precious friends.
