It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Long of Burleson, Texas, born in Indiana, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 22, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonathan Edward Long and Ina Lorene Anderson Long; and his siblings, Dean, Raylene, Bud and David.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Priest (Jason Pringle), Sarah Long and John Long (Shea Craig); his sister Sandra Long; his grandchildren, Blake, Ashleigh Wampler, Jarrett Fabain, Christian Ford, Allee Terry, Mike Christopher, Haylee Ford, Chris Martinez, Noah Ford, Gracie Mollenhauer, Rowdy Walker and Noah Lane; his great grandchildren, Savannah, Lilly Acker, Oliver, Carson Wampler, Luka Fabain, Caleb Martinez and Lila Lane; his nephews, John Davis and Jim (Katie Davis); his close friend Connie Weeks; and his pets, Cain and Buddha.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Skyvue Funeral Home (7220 Rendon Bloodworth Rd, Mansfield, TX 76063).
