He was predeceased by: his sisters, Bonnie Rae Tellgren and Veyanne Alicia Hurd; and his parents, Raymond Arthur Fleischer and Doris Marguerite Tucker Fleischer. He is survived by: his great grandchild Katharina Grace; and his children, Cindi Joy Hiigel (John Hiigel), Rebecca Bartz (Aaron Bartz) and Richard Stephen Fleischer (Linda Jeanne). He is also survived by three children, nine grandchildren.
