He is survived by: his wife Mildred Pearl Smiley; his sons, Clement Joseph of Burleson and Marvin Edward Cervenka of Fort Worth; his siblings, Wilfred Joe Cervenka, Henrietta Cervenka, Willa Mae Cervenka, Eugenia Surley (Jean) and Geraldine Davison; his niece Sharon Ann Cervenka; his sister Evelyn Ghelfi of Astoria; his granddaughter Jenna Villegas; his great grandchild Thomas of Fort Worth, Texas; his sister-in-law Willie Mae Cervenka (Mynar) of West, Texas; and also Thomas. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, great and great-great nephews and nieces.
