He is survived by: his wife Ozleta Anderson; his sons, Rick Gardner (Linda) and Scott Gardner (Kim); his grandchildren, Morgan Burroughs (Captain Brad Burroughs), Kenneth Gardner "Pepper", Major Ben Gardner (Erika), Molly Rios (Jesse) and Rebecca Grieco (Major Nick Grieco); his great grandchildren, Braden, Kinsley, Aubrie Burroughs, Wyatt, Emmalyn Gardner, Ryan, Andrew Grieco and Rios; his brothers, John Thomas Gardner (Laverne) and Vernie Gardner (Rosemary); and his sisters-in-law, Charline Gardner and Lillie Ard.
