He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Don and Penelope Millsap (Kinross-Wright). He is survived by: his children, Richard Millsap of Burleson, Kelsey Millsap of Fort Worth and Ashley Baker of Cleburne; his sister Kimberly Worthington of Dallas; and his grandchildren, Khole, Rylan, Kolby and Harleigh. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
