He is survived by: his sons, Chad Alan Smith, Jr. and Carter Glenn Smith; his siblings, Marty Smith (Anita) and D'Anna Waller (Lance); his cousin Kristie Firth (Zach); his nieces and nephews, Joel Smith, Corey Smith, Kassadi Phillips, Rebecka Smith, Allie Roye and Abbie Waller; and his girlfriend Angela Brown. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
