He was predeceased by: his daughter Melissa Rodriguez; and his parents, Alexandria Rangel and Augustine Montalvo. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Montalvo; and his children, Adrean Montalvo, Jason Montalvo, Carlos Montalvo II, Joseph Montalvo, Vanessa Montalvo and Aalayna Montalvo.
