He was predeceased by: his parents, Fay Edward West and Myrtle Augusta Boots Edwards; and his siblings, Charles "Bud" West, Shirley Buckles, Nancy West and Raleigh West.
He is survived by: his daughter Wendy West Billings; his son-in-law David Billings of Burleson, Texas; his son Clinton Jay West; his daughter-in-law Karen West of Burlington, Iowa; his siblings, Loretta Eisenmann of Peoria, Illinois, Thomas West of Moline and Robert West (Barbra West) of Wilmington; his grandsons, Zachary Billings (Jenna Billings) of Ada and Beau Billings of Burleson, Texas; his great grandchild Barnard Billings of Ada, Oklahoma; his niece Michelle Coburn (Patty Kummer) of Peoria; and his nephew John Eisenmann of Peoria, Illinois. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and loving friends.
