He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Beatle Pack and Ettie Eliza Sewell. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Leslie (Delores) of Paradise and Laurie (Al) of Burleson; and his siblings, Billy (Joyce) of Grandview and Yvonne of Mt. Pleasant. He is also survived by five grandchildren along with their spouses, and seven great grandchildren.
