With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Althea Jean Bloom (Burleson, Texas), who passed away on August 29, 2020 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Bob; her parents, Althea and Albert; and her son Larry. She is survived by: her grandson Kel Bloom of Burleson; her daughter-in-law Karen Bloom of Round Rock; her sister-in-law Eileen Binger of Seaside, CA; her nieces and nephews, Ken Bloom (Bonnie) of Antioch, Susan Kirby of Orlando, Christine Swartz (Don) of Fresno, CA and Harry Binger, Jr. (Su) of Fort Worth; her cousin Joe Casterline of Arlington; and also Vanessa Casterline of Grand Prairie.
