He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Cummings of Burkeville, TX; his children, John Travis Cummings, II (Brooke) of Burkeville, TX and Jessica Moore (Jeremiah) of DeRidder, LA; his brothers, Terry Lynn Cummings of Slagle, LA and Jack Travis Cummings, II of Leesville, LA; his stepbrothers, John Brister of Leesville, LA and David Brister (Pam) of Leesville, LA; his sister Ann White (James) of Crossett, AR; his stepsister Darla Caples (Jeff) of Burkeville, TX; and his grandchildren, Matthew Cummings, Asya Moore, Chance Cummings, Anthony Moore, Sully Cummings, Andrew Cummings and Ethan Cummings.
