He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Duckworth and Laverne Lakey; and his sister Carma Lee Reynolds. He is survived by: his wife Esther Duckworth of Hemphill, Texas; his son Clifford Duckworth (Cheryl) of Hemphill, Texas; and his siblings, Jesse Adkins (Kim) of Jasper, Texas, Linda Kay Henderson (Robert) of Tarkington, Dusty Morales of Jasper and Teresa Shillings of Jasper, Texas. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
