He is survived by: his wife Carol Rea Mattingly; his daughter Johanna Mattingly Debrecht (David) of Golden, CO; his grandchildren, Noah, Rachel Mattingly, Trevor (Damianne), Erica (Sudy) and Adam Debrecht; and his siblings-in-law, Mabel Mattingly and Don Prewitt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
