She was predeceased by: her husbands, Kenneth Palmer and Robert Springer; and her siblings, J. W., Wayne, Walter Blackwell, Arletta Melton, Mary Melton, Viola Kendrick and Pauline Hoard.
She is survived by: her children, David Spannagel of Spokane, Dale Spannagel (Janine) of Tulsa, Jimmy Palmer of Burkburnett and Carol Spannagel Finney of Grandfield. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
