He is survived by: his daughters, Valerie Hollen (Doug) and Helen Pugh (Dan Brown); his grandchildren, Colt Pugh, Rachel Hollen Bublitz (David), Chad Pugh (Mackenzie) and Andrew Hollen (Sheena); his great grandchildren, David Bublitz, Jessica Martinez, Katherine Dobson, Tyler Bishop, Tabitha Wilson, Tristyn Pugh, Kathryn Vogel, Gavin Hollen, Ava Hollen, Baylor Pugh and Bristol Pugh; his great great grandchildren, Allison Martinez and William Dobson; his sister Judy Broyles; his nephew Mike Crowley; and his close friend Carol Dunn. He is also survived by relatives, church family and friends.
