She is survived by: her husband Otis Watkins; her children, Gary Bull, Linda (Rex Cole), Halloween and Robin Watkins; her granddaughter Christa Dawn Watkins; her brothers, Albert Cochran and Hubert Cochran; her brothers-in-law, Melvin Lee, Don Johnston and Vern Willits; her nephew David Lee; her grandchildren, Shelley Jo Renfro Federico, Tiffany (Ashley Clark), Koby Cole, Jay Watkins and Kendra Cole; her great grandchildren, Asher, Gracie, Axton Clark, Waylon, Jax, Kota Watkins, Rowdy Cole and Linkin Cole Baker; her sisters, Ann Willits and Ruth Lee; and her sisters-in-law, Nell Ballard Cochran and Lois Cochran Hill. She is also survived by two children, six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
