He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sue Lam of Burkburnett; his son Sean Lam (Jan Lam) of Burkburnett; his grandchildren, Garrett Lam of Tulsa, Haley Lam of Burkburnett and Taylor Givens (Austin Givens) of Burkburnett; and his great grandchildren, Hadley Thompson and Palmer Givens.
