She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Klinkerman and Emma Klinkerman (Schroeder); her husband Tom Goins; her stepmother Clara Klinkerman; her siblings, Elmer Klinkerman, Virgil Klinkerman and Alvina Hancock; and her son Mark Goins.

She is survived by: her children, Jim Goins (Janice), Kathy Sanders and Lisa Goins; and her sister LaNelle Coursey. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
