We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2023, at the age of 84, Sandy Elder of Burkburnett, Texas, born in Cumberland, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Huff and Beulah Price Huff of Cumberland. She is survived by: her husband Robert B. Elder; her daughter Teresa Elder Villarreal; and her granddaughter Sibyl Deckard of San Antonio, Texas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and cousins.
