She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wadsworth and Bonnie Wadsworth (Allen); her son James Roy Chamberlain; and her siblings, Bertha "Bobo" Whitling and Charles "Gigie" Wadsworth, Jr..

She is survived by: her husband Roy Hollis; her daughter Julie Armstrong (Randy); her grandchildren, Bodie and Makayla Cokendolpher; her great grandchildren, Breyer and Kynnedy Cokendolpher; her stepsons, James Roy Hollis and David Hollis; and her siblings, Nancy Gowen (Gene), Lamesa Foster (Ted) and Don Wadsworth (Kelli). She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
