He was predeceased by: his parents, Thamar Silas Hawk and Dorothy Mae Ellis. He is survived by: his wife Martha J. Lee (Griffith); his former spouses, Betty Jo, Barbara Jean, William Travis and Kathy Elaine; his children, Tommy Lynn Hawk "Tom" (Virginia), James Robert Hawk "Jim" (Jim) of Silsbee, Texas., Betty Jo Hawk Moeller (Nelson) of Reading, Pennsylvania, Barbara Jean Hawk, Jim Robken of Arkansas, William Travis Hawk (Maria Guadalupe) and Kathy Elaine Kauffman; his great grandchild Jeffrey Edgar Lee O'Connell; his brother Frederick Merrill Hawk; and his sister-in-law Ruth Ann. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 61 great grandchildren, 14 great-great grandchildren.
