He was predeceased by: his parent Alfred J. Orr; his wife Mae Orr; and his sons, Richard Orr and John O. Sampson. He is survived by: his parent Gussie B. Orr (Perry); his wife Anna Orr of Burkburnett; his children, Steve Sampson and Joyce Hardman; and his sister Quessie Schultz of Georgia. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; thirty-seven great-grandchildren; and several great-great grandchildren.
