She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertrude "Trudy" Alice Hayes and Stanley Ernest Thacker; her siblings, Alexander Stanley Thacker (Kath) and Gloria Maureen Thacker Moss (Ken); and her niece Michelle Ouzman.
She is survived by: her brother Brian Clifford Thacker (Helen) of Tetbury, England; her children, Harry Perkins Young II (Kristy Detmer) and Trudy Young Davis of Burkburnett; her grandchildren, Michelle Young Powers (Ryan) of Iowa Park, Kelli Young Sundeen (Josh) of Chesapeake, VA, Ryan Briscoe of Oklahoma City, Dairian of Oklahoma City, Jen Briscoe of Oklahoma City, Devon Carothers of Oklahoma City and Justin Davis of Oklahoma City; and her great grandchildren, Alyssa Powers, Jonathan Powers of Iowa Park and Lincoln Briscoe of Oklahoma City. She is also survived by her many nieces, great-nieces, great-great-nieces, nephews, great-nephews, and great-great-nephews in England, as well as her nephew.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Burkburnett Memorial Cemetery (920 Bishop Rd, Burkburnett, TX 76354).
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to hospice care or the Alzheimer's Association in honor of Pearl's memory.
