He is survived by: his wife Jamie Sappington of Burkburnett; his children, Kevin Sappington of North Carolina and Tatum Sappington of Burkburnett; his siblings, Gene Hoover (Patsy) of Burkburnett, Rick Hoover (Malinda) of Burkburnett, Kim Richardson of Burkburnett, Karla Rodriguez (Slim) of Oklahoma and Krystal Brugmann (Jim LaPorte) of Michigan; and his granddaughter Adley Baber of Burkburnett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
