He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Neinas and Gertrude Neinas (Billiard); and his brother Clyde Neinas. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Neinas; his children, Stephen, Star and Shannon; his stepchildren, Gabriel Saenz and Erica Delp; and his sister-in-law Martha Neinas. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Owens & Brumley Funeral Home (1101 Sheppard Rd, Burkburnett, TX 76354). The military honors was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
