He was predeceased by: his parents, Zeb B. Dula and Mary McBride Dula; his wife Dorothy Dula; and his granddaughters, Kayla and Jessica Daniel.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Colwick (Gene) of Burkburnett, Michael Dula, Jr. (Sherry) of Matthews, Max Dula (Sue) of Burkburnett, Ronnie Wyatt of Houston, John Stockinger (Melissa) of Burkburnett, Rusty Daniel of Lake Arrowhead and Dusty Daniel of Henrietta. He is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
