He is survived by: his children, Michael D. F. Lowe and Shelli Lundberg (Lowe); his grandson Rowan P. Lundberg; and his brother Jeffrey Lowe.
The military honors was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (1501 9th St, Wichita Falls, TX 76301). A rosary was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 6:00 PM.
