It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marydawn Hawkey of Burkburnett, Texas, born in Lowell, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 19, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Berube and Richard Berube; her siblings, Regina Berube and Richard Berube Jr.; and her son Travis Slabaugh.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Hawkey of Burkburnett; her daughter Shayla Honeycutt (Willy) of Burkburnett; her grandchildren, Brycen, Dusty, Brittany, Justin and Noah; and her great grandchildren, Scottlin and Camden. She is also survived by the 4 four-legged fur babies.
