She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Lambert and Armilda Lambert (Nester); her husband Melvin Spake; and her daughter Crystal Perez. She is survived by: her sons, Brad (Sherrie Spake), Danny (Susan Spake) and Greg (Lana Spake); and her sister-in-law Wanda Nachtwey of Papillion, Nebraska. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
