He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Mullens and Dollie Mullens; and his siblings, Clarence Mullens, Jr., Donald Lee Mullens, Kathleen Harper and Charles Mullens.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Darlene Mullens; his children, Darla Kay, Andy Barnes, Roy Wayne, Kim Mullens, Karla June and Kenn Blackwood; his siblings, Catherine Lester of Rockford, Lawanda Durham of Broken Bow, Freeman Ray and Tam Mullens of Valley Mills; his grandchildren, Robyn Little (Casey), Heather Thomas (J. W.), Kolton Barnes, Jace Mullens, Kade Mullens (Morgan Fry), Bodie Mullens and Kaylee Blackwood (Haley); and his great grandchildren, Casyn, Rilyn Little, Owen, Finley and Peyton Thomas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
