He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Fowler and Molly Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Velma; his children, Kurt Fowler and Ange Rose (Shane); his stepchildren, Luke Grant, III (Karla) and Krista Northcut (Jay); his grandchildren, Jamie Sappington, Nacole La Rose and Joshua Garcia; and his stepgrandchildren, Claire Grant, Madeline Grant and Grant Northcut. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
