She is survived by: her former husband Frank Andrews; her sons, Mark Andrews (Linda) of Lawton and Matthew Andrews (Cheyenne) of Burkburnett, Texas; her brother Jerry Self (Sharon) of Lawton, Oklahoma; her grandsons, Adam Andrews, Ricky Andrews, Josh Andrews and Mark Andrews, Jr.; and her great grandchild James Wyatt Andrews.
