He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Elmore and Florence Love Elmore; his former wife Genavee; his siblings, Charles Eugene Elmore, Thomas, Whitfield Elmore, Amy Lee Elizabeth Wicker and Iris Charlene Wicker; his son Allen Duane Elmore; and his grandson Michael Elmore.
He is survived by: his wife Gail; and his children, Billy Dean Elmore (Kim), Tony Darrell Elmore (Melissa), Bridget Wynell Williams, Neva Yvette Thornton (Wes), Douglas Allen Carlile (Monique), Gordon Scott Carlile and Cheryl Dawne Jackson (David).
