He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Hanlon; his sister Dianna Murphy; and his daughters, Marie Brewer and Judith Bell. He is survived by: his children, Linda Hester (Brian), Patrick Hanlon (Seante), Jerry Rivers (Joni), Doug Rivers (Allison) and Tom Rivers (Sandy). He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, multiple great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
