He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Smith and Gertie Beatrice Smith (Elliott); and his siblings, Dana Sue Humphrey and Sammy Glenn Smith. He is survived by: his spouse Martha Ann Martin; his children, Gordon Smith (Rickie) of Fort Worth and Paula Smith (Jerry) of Burkburnett; his grandchildren, Summer Cissell of Burkburnett, Lance Cissell (Eteru) of South Korea and Heather Cissell of Burkburnett; and his great grandchildren, Phoenix, Arabella, Kaori and Matthew.
